I projektet analyseres tendenser i nyere retspraksis fra Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstol omkring stereotypisering, stigma og bias. Der anvendes både retsdogmatiske og retsfeministiske metoder og teori. Teoretisk bidrager projektet med et poststrukturalistisk og nymaterialistisk perspektiv på retten.

Projektet har arbejdstitlen "Digital Entrepriseret" og beskæftiger sig med bygge- og anlægssektorens digitalisering.
Projektet undersøger digitaliseringens betydning for entrepriseretten, herunder navnlig hvorvidt anvendelsen af BIM (Building Information Modeling) påvirker den traditionelle fordeling af roller og ansvar mellem byggeriets parter. I den forbindelse undersøges det, hvorvidt digitaliseringen udfordrer de traditionelle kontraktretlige grundsætninger om parternes reaktions- og loyalitetspligter.

The availability of and access to adequate food has always been conspicuously uneven around the world. Bearing in mind that food security has transnational dimensions and therefore calls for an international response, the aim of the research project is to examine the international legal foundations of food security and analyse how specialised branches of international law can address food security threats.

Project description:

The PhD project examines cases at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), which raise issues of fact or law regarding/related to climate change causes and impacts. Through analysis of the relevant CJEU case law, the project seeks to shed light on the CJEU's approach and interpretation style in such climate change cases, and assess how the CJEU influences the development of EU climate change law and policy through its case law.

In the light of the Danish Competition Act and TFEU art. 101, the project examines the legality of joint bidding (consortium bids). The project entails both legal and economic analysis to shed light on the consequences of the current state of law including the legal uncertainty of the assessment of whether companies are competitors. In addition, the project seeks to provide a legal political discussion on how joint bidding could/should be regulated to create social value.
