Question of Justice

The purpose of this course is to provide students with insight on issues labeled under the concept “Global Justice” play a fundamental role in contemporary legal-political systems and global governance. The course explores from the constitutional, public international law, international relations, political philosophy, and legal theory perspectives areas of human existence where there are great disparities around the globe.
